Include:

Identification and prior location of removed or restricted content.
A clear explanation of why removal or restriction was mistaken.
A statement that information in your counter-notice is accurate and made in good faith.

We may share a counter-notice with reporting party where appropriate and may restore content only when permitted or required by applicable law. Nothing here limits either party’s legal rights or remedies.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights or repeatedly submit materially false notices. We decide based on available information, severity, and applicable law.
