2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Metro Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, etc.
- Tier 2 Cities: Patna, Lucknow, Jaipur, Pune, Ahmedabad, etc.
- Other Locations: Most serviceable PIN codes across India.

We primarily partner with BlueDart to ensure fast and safe delivery of our products.

4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. There is no minimum order value required. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
5. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Since we prepare fresh batches, processing may take slightly longer during festive seasons.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email/SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website using the "Track Order" page.
7. Packaging & Freshness
We use food-grade, airtight, and eco-friendly packaging. For heat-sensitive items, we may use additional protective layering to maintain quality during transit.
8. Delivery Issues & RTO
- Wrong Address: Contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible within 12 hours of ordering and before the order is dispatched.
- Failed Delivery (RTO): If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to origin (RTO). Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
- Damaged/Missing Items: An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. Report within 24 hours of delivery.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
