Refund Methods

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

Store Credit: Credit for future purchases (optional)
Replacement: Free replacement of the affected product

Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

Change of mind after placing the order
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Products consumed or used beyond tasting
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
Natural variations in handmade products (slight differences in shape, size, or color)

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Once your order is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
